THE GOVERNMENT PROMISES BRUSSELS TO HAVE THE ICO FUND TO INVEST IN AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN 2025

The Government has dedicated a section to housing in the Fiscal and Structural Plan 2025-2028 that it has sent to the European Commission. The document, sent a few days ago to Brussels, summarizes the measures planned over the next four years to comply with the new economic and fiscal governance framework of the European Union, and guarantee the balance between public income and expenditure. And several of them are focused on increasing the supply of affordable housing on the market.
