INCOME IN SABADELL IS GROWING, BUT HOUSING IS ALSO!

According to data from the Tax Agency, the average gross income in Sabadell has increased by 9.72% in five years, going from €29,429 to €32,601 annually, above Terrassa (€31,658). However, this growth is lower than that of other towns in Vallès, such as Castellar or Sant Quirze. 
But this increase in income has been accompanied by a significant rise in housing prices. Buying a new construction apartment has increased by 64.71% between 2013 and 2023, while second-hand housing has increased by 40.3%.
