The price of housing rentals in Spain increased by 10.2% in September in an interannual rate, but fell by 2.4% compared to the previous quarter, reaching 13 euros per square meter, according to data from the Idealista real estate portal. "The current rental situation in Spain is alarming and requires immediate solutions.
